Get a microchip. Puppies having their Rabies shots for the first time can only have a 1 year vaccine. Get that puppy his FULL vaccine puppy series. Parvo is rampant, so make sure he gets at least 3 DHPP (distemper, Parvo) combo vaccines. If you take him to a vet, they can tell you all of this.
